Matrix Energetics is a complete system
of healing, self-care and transformation. Matrix Energetics starts with the power of focused intent and
builds into a new and joy-filled state that can affect life changes.
This exciting new tool can be used to transform and to create
new possibilities. It's very much about transforming your beliefs
concerning healing, disease and the structure of reality - but
without any effort on your part! Not only that but it happens
almost instantly!!
Matrix Energetics sometimes appears magical
in its expression but is based on the laws and expression of subtle
energy physics and the concepts and laws of quantum physics, superstring
theory and Sheldrake's Morphic Resonance.
Often you will see and feel a wave like
motion when Matrix Energetics is applied, as the person being
worked with experiences a smooth wave of transformation and the
body seems to drop in a completely relaxed wave instantly. This
can happen standing up, sitting down or laying on a table. What
seems to be happening is that the unconsciousness and the biological

Pastoral Counseling
Pastoral Counseling is a unique form of
psychotherapy that uses spiritual
resources and psychological principles to achieve personal growth.
Pastoral counselors are certified or licensed
professional therapists who have had in-depth religious theological education and clinical training
int he behavioral sciences of psychology.
Margarete employs different forms of pastoral
counseling, including transpersonal psychotherapy, respecting and honoring the needs of each individual
client and their respective spiritual beliefs or faith traditions.
Margarete is a pastoral counselor, Fellow,
with AAPC - American Association of Pastoral Counselors.
Energy therapy or Energy Psychology
Energy therapy or Energy psychologyare
names for such treatments as Emotional Freedom Technique, Psych-K,
Reconnection, Reiki, Tapas Acupressure Technique, Holographic
Memory Resolution, and many other forms.
Each of these help access subconscious
material that acts energetically as well
upon mind and body. Quantum Physics posits that all is energy
- just some forms are 'denser' than others. If our thoughts then,
are 'things', it's possible that they become stuck in the energy
field/human spirit and cause blockages or disruptions in the energy
system.
Energy therapies can be integrated into
the psychotherapy session and tailored specifically for each client
as needed. They can work in a very quick, painless, effective
manner that often works far faster and deeper than normal insight
or cognitive behavioral therapy. While insight, solution-oriented,
brief therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy are helpful and
powerful in their own right; the addition and integration of energy
therapy/psychology can move things along in a powerful way that
creates more freedom, release, freedom, relaxation, and awareness
of inner strength for the client.
Couples and
Pre-Marital and Post-Martial Counseling
Many couples who have been in therapy with
Margarete state that they wish they had had much more extensive
pre-marital counseling prior to marriage. They state it would
have made communication, transition, issues of child rearing,
money, sex, religious beliefs - all much easier to navigate.
Margarete uses the Prepare/Enrich Inventory
system to help couples begin to look at growth areas and strengths
in their relationships. From out of the inventory comes many areas
to discuss, flesh out, and undergird with hand-outs on such issues
as dealing with anger, how to discuss/communicate in a sensitve
and compassionate manner, working with old beliefs about money,
etc.

to begin the Prepare/Enrich Inventory process. Usually it takes
about 3 sessions to fully complete, i.e. one session for interview
and filling out of inventory, another session to go over results
and discuss highlighted areas, and a third session to further
encourage and undergird new behaviors or ways of looking at things.
